1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Apeforce (including our website and browser extension), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Educational & Informational Purpose Only

3. Performance Data Disclosures Paper Lab (Hypothetical)

The Apeforce presents two types of performance data to evaluate strategies:

• Paper Lab (Simulated): Results labeled as "Paper" represent trades executed in a real-time paper brokerage account. While these track live market movements, no actual money is exchanged, and they do not account for liquidity limitations or real-world slippage.
• Live Capital (Actual): Results labeled as "Live" represent the gross performance of a real-money account funded and traded by The Apeforce.

IMPORTANT RISK NOTICE: Whether simulated or actual, past performance is not indicative of future results. Financial markets are volatile. Your personal returns will vary depending on your broker, fees, and the exact timing of your trade execution.

4. Automated Trading & Technology Tools

Our Browser Extension is a tool provided "AS IS" to assist users in executing their own strategies. By using this tool, you acknowledge:

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for configuring risk parameters, position sizing, and API connections.
• No Custody: The Apeforce never takes custody of your funds. All trades are executed directly through your own third-party brokerage account.
• Technical Risk: We are not liable for losses resulting from software failures, internet latency, brokerage API errors, or third-party downtime.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refund Policy

Digital Goods Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that the Service provides immediate access to proprietary data, research, and curated lists ("Digital Goods"). Because of the nature of these Digital Goods, which can be consumed and utilized immediately upon access, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

No Refunds

By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions, partial months, or unused services. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel your auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges, but previous payments will not be returned.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. You authorize The Apeforce to charge your payment method on file for these renewals. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your user portal.

6. Referral Program

The Apeforce offers a referral program allowing active, paying members to earn account credits by referring new users to the platform. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

• Earning Credits: You must be an active, paying member to generate and share a referral code. If a new user signs up using your code and successfully completes the purchase of a paid membership, credit will be applied to your account towards your future monthly membership billing.
• No Cash Value: Referral credits have absolutely no cash value. They are non-refundable, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to other users, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency under any circumstances.
• Anti-Fraud & Abuse: Credits are only awarded for legitimate referrals of new, distinct individuals. Self-referrals (e.g., creating multiple accounts using different email addresses), using fraudulent payment methods, or spamming codes in unauthorized public forums is strictly prohibited.
• Right of Revocation: The Apeforce reserves the right to void referral credits, suspend accounts, or terminate access without refund if we detect suspicious activity, fraud, or a violation of these rules.
• Program Modification: We reserve the right to modify the credit amount, alter the eligibility criteria, pause, or completely terminate the referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

7. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
